  BREAKFAST MEETING 

with Mr. Victor Negrescu, Minister Delegate for European Affairs

Dear Polis members and friends,

next January, Romania will take over the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union for six months, following Bulgaria and Austria in 2018. With upcoming elections of the European Parliament in May 2019, negotiations on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for 2021-2027 as well as BREXIT, the Romanian presidency comes in a crucial time for the European Union.

We kindly invite you to discuss the priorities in the next years as well as current challanges for the EU with Mr. Victor Negrescu, Minister Delegate for European Affairs and Polis member Sophie Pornschlegel. H.E. Ambassador Emil Hurezeanu will give the welcoming remarks.
